Proxy fights
You do not need the biggest position to move a crown. Open a fight against any sitting CEO, and anyone can pledge shares behind you. When the pool clears that ticker's takeover threshold, the seat changes hands and every backer earns 40% of its liquid dividends, split by what they put in. Fights run for 72 hours.
